In the event that your purchase is not free of material defects, Ellen will replace such print at no cost to you. To be eligible for a replacement print, you must contact Ellen to notify her within seven (7) days of receiving your print, and provide images and/or video of the defect within your print.

Ellen reserves the right to request the return of the defective print to verify that such print is defective and eligible for a return under this limited warranty. There is no redeemable cash value for returned prints.
