All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and authorized.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including orders that appear fraudulent, incorrect, or placed in error.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, Ellen’s Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Because most artwork is made-to-order, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund + Returns Policy. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within the timeframe listed in that policy so we can assist with a replacement claim.
