Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Ellen’s Collection, every piece is created with care and crafted to last. Because most of our items are made-to-order and produced specifically for you, we have a limited return policy outlined below.

All Sales Are Final on Made-to-Order Artwork

All fine art prints, float-framed canvases, metal prints, and custom-sized artwork are made-to-order, which means they are final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Float-framed canvas prints

  • Metal prints

  • Fine art paper prints

  • Custom sizes or custom framing options

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging (including the box and any visible shipping labels)
     

Once approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item.
We do not offer refunds for damage caused during shipping, but we will replace the artwork as quickly as possible.

Order Issues (Wrong Item Received)

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because most items begin production quickly, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.
