Thank you for shopping Ellen’s Collection. Every piece is crafted with intention and care—created to bring the calm and beauty of nature into your space. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery expectations, and what to do if an issue occurs.

Production & Delivery Time

Most artwork is made-to-order, which means your order is produced specifically for you after purchase.

Typical delivery timelines (from order placement):

  • Fine Art Prints + Metal Prints: typically arrive 2–3 weeks after your order is placed

  • Float-Framed Canvas Prints: typically take 4–8 weeks

  • Calendars + Gift Prints: typically arrive 1–2 weeks after your order is placed

Please note: timelines may be longer during holidays, major launches, or periods of high order volume.

Other Shipping Details

Shipping Timeframes & Carriers
Once your order is complete, it will ship via a trusted carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on size and destination.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak shipping seasons, or unforeseen disruptions.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
Some large-format pieces may require specialty packaging or oversized shipping due to their premium materials and framing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the label is created.

Packaging & Protection
We take packaging seriously. Artwork is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely, including protective materials designed for fine art prints and framed products.
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging, we recommend taking photos before opening the box—just in case we need them for a shipping claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ellen’s Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not entered production or shipped yet, we may be able to update it.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ellen’s Collection is not responsible for stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend:

  • checking around your property and with neighbors

  • contacting the carrier directly for next steps

  • filing a report with your local post office or delivery service
     

If a package appears delayed in transit, please allow a few extra days—especially during peak seasons. If there is no movement after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll help you investigate.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will take care of you.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging/box and shipping label
     

Once reviewed, we will coordinate a replacement when eligible.
